Bad customer service

I love the game and have been playing for 3 years. However I have seen many good players quit. Most of the time people quit cuz they get sick and tired of a few things - Every Time gg launches an update we get game glitches. Over the past few years, the game has become more expensive to play (costs have gone up). The game is free to play, but its not easy to keep with play without spending some money. When they shut down the server for maintenance we get ably a 5 min warning (the game runs 24/7) they dont pause the game, you can still get attacked but cant defend yourself. Players have lost troops during sever downtime (troops that they bought - they are not cheap. These players buy them for about $100.) and gg doesnt replace them for everyone who lost troops. A lot of players run a huge food negative and without notice of server downtime - troops desert. the game needs to be paused during maintenance. A lot of us players feel that gg doesnt care about its customers, all they care about is taking our money. And us veteran players sit back and watch our friends quit playing the game for the reasons explained above.
